Electric Car Charging Points

We have recently had installed two electric charging points at the back of the Jubilee Centre. They are not currently in service but as soon as they are we will update this announcement.

Replacement of Mallards Bridge - UPDATE

Yesterday Suffolk County Council received confirmation from their contractor that the works will start in w/c 11th October for a period of approx. 6 weeks.

A shut-down of the HV cables has been arranged with UKPN on 19th and 20th Oct to enable the trees to be felled.

Mallards Bridge Works Update

We have today received the following update from Suffolk County Council regarding the works on the Mallards Bridge:

Mayor's Annual Report 2020/1

The Annual Town Meeting took place on Thursday 29th April 2021 and Cllr. Jane Busuttil gave an update on the activities and achievements of the Town Council. Please read the full text on the attachment below.

It is hoped that an in person Forum for the whole Town can be held later in the year when Covid-19 social distancing rules are relaxed. Please watch for further updates.
